The rainforest is home to countless beautiful and unique creatures, including this amazing butterfly.
While at a park in Colombia, wildlife photographers Thomas Marent and David Weiller captured incredible footage of a stunning and unique butterfly.
Here, two wildlife photographers, got amazing footage of a rare and lovely butterfly. The butterfly’s wings are clearly marked with look like the number 88, which is a lucky number.
“In Chinese culture, the number 8 is considered lucky because it sounds like the character for money, fortune, and prosperity (fa), which is pronounced similarly. Eight multiples are preferable because 88 is comparable to (shung x), or “double happiness.”
In other words, if this butterfly were discovered in China, people there would adore it immensely.Even though it’s not a lucky charm, the butterfly itself is a work of art.
Diaethria anna is the scientific name for the butterfly seen in the video down below, and it is a resident of the humid areas of Central America.
It is also known as Anna’s 88 butterflies. This butterfly’s common name alludes to the fact that it has patterns on its wings that resemble the number 88.
Not many butterflies, though, have the pattern number 88 as prominently displayed as this butterfly does. It truly does look perfect!
It’s incredible how Mother Nature can produce such colorful pieces of beauty!
