Use milk crates to grow potatoes. It was so easy to remove the stacks one by one

The straw holds the soil in and helps keep it moist. I watered them about once a month. I didn’t cut the bottom. I did them all at once and stacked them. As they grow, the plant emerges from the sides and tops of each basket. Once all the plants have died, the potatoes are ready to harvest. No chemicals are used.
