Bjarne, just ten years old at the time, performed Lewis Capaldi’s “Someone You Loved” during his audition for The Voice. Last month, he auditioned blind for The Voice Kids Germany, and his incredible voice left everyone amazed. Despite his innocent appearance, Bjarne’s voice showed a maturity beyond his years.

From the start of the song, Bjarne showcased a deep, resonant tone, transitioning seamlessly into a beautiful high range. The first judge hit the buzzer even before he began the chorus, sparking jubilant cheers from Bjarne’s family on stage. By the end of the chorus, all four judges had turned their chairs in support of him, ensuring he wouldn’t go unnoticed.

Bjarne still had plenty more surprises in store. He poured his heart and soul into the final note before the bridge, leaving Judge Lena Meyer-Landrut speechless; her jaw stayed dropped for a while. She later described his voice as “sounds that are like from heaven.”

The young talent had completely captivated everyone during his audition. Judges rushed onto the stage to congratulate Bjarne, with Meyer-Landrut embracing him joyfully. Both the young singer and his proud mother were overwhelmed with emotion at the monumental moment. Later on, judge Álvaro Soler took to the piano, and Bjarne joined him for a duet of “Another Love Song” by Tom Odell.
