There are many unsheltered dogs and cats in Bulgaria. This is a story about a kitten. The kitten is named Mikey. Unfortunately, he was badly kicked by a car.
It is a very sad fact but nobody paid an attention to this. He was a stray cat and passed all his life outdoors. When volunteers found him, his forelegs were smashed.
After hard efforts to take the kitten to the vet they reached their aim. The vet examined the kitten and said that there is a little hope that he will survive. But the volunteers and the vet struggled for his life. They did not stop acting and lose their hope. The cat turned out to be a strong fighter.
After good treatment and many operations the cat is saved. The cat got a second chance to live his life to the fullest. We hope that the cat will be adopted soon and get all the love and care he deserves.
