Woman insists on adopting 19-year-old dog who spent 14 years in shelter

One of those elderly dogs is Stuart, who lived his first 14 years of life at Friends of Strays, Inc.

However, one of the staff members, Emily Wozniak, decided to assist in the dog’s adoption because she found it to be intolerable at this point.

This came about after she shared Staurt’s moving story on social media.Stuart, then 19 years old, was soon adopted by Natalie Snyder. Repo’s Rescue was founded by Natalie.

She made the choice to take in the senior dog herself in order to give him a future and hope. However, the shelter refuted their claim and informed them that they had determined the shelter to be his home and that leaving would be challenging for him.

Natalie was determined to adopt, so she began convincing the shelter staff that the dog would be better off in his new, cozy home rather than his old shelter.

Stuart was now the happiest senior dog ever after she adopted him.
